Healthy Mornings

This is my healthy trick,

the ONLY way I get my kids to eat veggies.

While they are watching morning cartoons, I sneakily blend together...

almond milk
raspberries
strawberries
bananas
blueberries
kale
spinach
ice

They have no idea.

Shhhh.

My kids witnessed me adding in spinach once. They weren't sure they could drink it, but I assured them it was the same as always. :) Funny how green makes them nervous.

The things we mothers have to do to (for) our kids! I also add peanut butter for protein. They think it's only for sandwiches and that I'm crazy but they drink it! :)
