Yoga...not for the faint of heart

So, remember my New Year's resolution~ "Give yoga a try"

Well, I have. And, I love it!

That is, until last night when somehow, instead of peace and enlightenment, I left the studio with a sprained toe.

Yes, I have a yoga injury. Can you believe that?

So, now that I have gotten back on track with my running, I have to take a few days off because of my yoga toe.

Oh, well. You know what they say in Yoga...

Go Big or Go Home!

ok, they don't.
but, they should.

What the heck! How do you get a busted toe in yoga? Do you even move in yoga? HaHa. I bet you are cracking up! Hope it heals soon!

Oh, so sorry that happened. I didn't hear any cracking so I guess we know it isn't broken. After last night I think I am dehydrated. I haven't been that sweaty in a long time! My hamstrings also feel like they have been stretched or should i say torn. hehe...Kim

That looks very painful!! Are you doing the heated room yoga?? My friend Kristy was trying to get me to do that with her, and I was scared before, but after seeing your toe, I think I'm out!

Sara, so sorry about the toe, but that's what you get for doing yoga. I've never been a yoga fan. Too slow, and too self centering. I don't want to reflect that much. Hope the toe gets better soon!
